Who I am..
I am the Owner and Coordinator at Elizabeth Rose Weddings.
I recently started Coordinating properly in July 25. I may be new, but what i do have, is a tremendous amount of passion and enthusiasm.
I have 2 Adult children and 2 grandchildren. I'm also a Foster carer to teenagers.
I have a good sense of Vision. I can normally visualize exactly what type of wedding you are looking for, and i make it my mission to plan and coordinate the best day of your lives.
I have lots of interests and Hobbies, but mostly i spend my time constantly learning and researching everything i can about Weddings. A Tad obsessed maybe!

I have a whole team working with me. I am not alone.
I have always been someone who's been able to jump in and assess a situation and take charge when needed. Being able to arrange and coordinate many events over the years. I have years of experience in Hospitality. I am very committed. I'm creative and love being able to understand clients visions and bring them to life.

What's Included?
We are unique. Which is exactly what your wedding day should be.
The difference to hiring us is that we can also supply our own decor. So, you have less suppliers to deal with. If we don’t have what you want, we will make sure we can find it from another supplier.
A Free initial 1-hour face to face consultation to get to know you, your story and vision.
Let us help you pick what you want and advise you on your chosen decorations.
Budget advice and guidance.
Assist and set up anything you have bought to use on the day.
20 Hours of planning and assisting - by email, phone calls or in person. This includes time that we put in behind the scenes such as researching, creating undividual check lists and sourcing suppiers and googling for inspiration.
Please not that this normally requires me to stay approximately 8 hrs during the Wedding day.
Helping you decide and source suppliers.
2 x Venue visit and regular remote planning plus 2 face to face visits to keep you up to date and on track. I would not be replacing the venue Coordinator. We do completely differend jobs.
Coordinating and planning at a Venue, but on the day working with the venue coordinator. We would mostly focus on the decor and everything we have been planning on the outside leading upto the Wedding.
£550
or £350 with no Coordination during the day.
Additional hours are £20ph

We can also hire additional staff if needed for DIY venues.
Switching rooms. Setting up decorations, clearing plates and glasses and being there to clear everything away at the end of the evening so you don't have too.

I truly don’t have the words to thank Mo and her family at Elizabeth Rose Weddings for what she did for our special day. From the very beginning, she poured so much care, love, and attention into every detail, and it honestly meant the world to me.
Walking into the venue and seeing everything come together was such an emotional moment for me and it was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Every piece of décor we hired from her was set up so perfectly, and she captured my vision exactly, even the little things I couldn’t quite put into words. It felt like she just understood what I had dreamed of, and then brought it to life in the most magical way.
What made it even more special was how completely stress free she made everything. On a day that can feel overwhelming, Mo was this calm, reassuring presence behind the scenes, making sure everything ran smoothly. I was able to just be present, soak in every moment, and enjoy the day with the people I love and that is something I will be forever grateful for.
She didn’t just do her job, she went above and beyond in every possible way. The love and dedication she puts into what she does truly shines through, and it made our day feel so personal and unforgettable.

Well, What can we say.. other than Mo was an absolute god send to us and she was a key player in our wedding being the huge success that it was. Mo went above and beyond with the planning and co ordinating the wedding on the day. We are still receiving messages from guests saying that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. We had a large wedding at a beautiful private venue and we had everything you could think of from a very romantic outside ceremony, stunning flower arches, a champagne tower, an ‘all you need is love’ flash mob scene involving members from the 12 piece band, flares and so so much more.
There were so many moving parts and yet Mo co-ordinated it all effortlessly making a lasting impression on so many people. Mo was not only an inspiration with ideas and her creative flare but she also personally supplied us with so much of what we needed from beautiful flower arrangements and decorations to table cloths and favours. You name it Mo had it or knew how to get it at a much reduced price compared to other suppliers. Mo was also fantastic at liaising with the venue and other suppliers to ensure that everything went smoothly in the planning as well as co-ordinating on the day. Not only did Mo take so much of the pressure off us practically but she was an incredible emotional support to us too. I will always remeber her kindness and thoughtfulness especially at the times when we felt our most overwhelmed and stressed. Mo walked with us every step of the way while ensuring that she did everything in her power to give us the wedding that we had dreamt of. We are so grateful to her, Simon and the rest of the team for playing a big part in helping us create such beautiful memories that will last a life time.
